Active since 2014 in the provinces of Ogooué-Lolo and Ogooué-Ivindo, Bonus Harvest is a limited companý under Gabonese law, with a capital of 10,000,000 FCFA. The company, whose head office is established in Owendo, has set uṕ its industrial site in Moukouagnio, 80 kilometres from Lastourville.
It employs nearly 200 workers there, in the logging and primary wood processing sectors, as the concessionaire of the Bonus Harvest CFAD, a forestry licence covering 128,000 ha.
Bonus Harvest is therefore a small forestry company which states that it "has developed its internal social policy around the proximity between the workers and their management, ensuring an adapted and relevant communication, awareness and training mechanism".
