Nicolas DUBART, Engineer (Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech), a forestry expert (BFC – Bois Forêt Consultances) has joined ATIBT.
Nicolas DUBART , Forest Engineer (Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech), started his professional experience in 2006 in Gabon, in a private company, CEB – Precious Woods, now certified FSC and PAFC Gabon, where he became Director of Deputy Operation.
In 2013, Nicolas DUBART continued his experience in Central Africa (Gabon, Cameroon, Congo, CAR) by joining the Belgian association Nature +. For five years, he collaborates with the forestry administrations and the private sector in the process of compliance of activities related to development, reduced impact logging, certification, legality and traceability (FSC, OLB , APV-FLEGT).
He manages and coordinates several projects supported by international donors. He leads technical assistance to companies and institutions.
After these two experiences, since 2018, Nicolas manages his own consultancy office, Bois-Forêts-Consultances (BFC – Belgian independent structure) and expands his activities in North Africa and West Africa.
