ATIBT wants to highlight the contributions of the forest-based sector in tropical regions to the achievement of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations.
The ultimate objective is the improvement of the performance of the ecosystem services of forestry companies in Africa through payments to companies for the creation and/or protection of these services.
In this way, the model of certified forest companies will be strengthened and their sustainability improved.
