According to the FEP, European flooringmarkets may have bottomed out and are slowly beginning to stabilise.
The Board of Directors of the European Parquet Federation, EPF, met online on 10 April 2024 and discussed, among other things, the situation for parquet on the European markets.
In general, the situation remains difficult on the European flooring markets, although there are some - slightly positive - signs that consumption will at least stabilise in the coming months.
However, interest rates remain too high and construction activity weak.
