Jacqueline Bergeron holds a doctorate in educational sciences and is an international expert in the governance of training, higher education and research systems. She accompanies new training and research approaches related to digital in the context of lifelong learning, articulated with the skills and employability approach in the territories.
She is well versed in training systems in Africa where she has been involved in several countries: from 2013 to 2015 she coordinated the FSP project « Higher Professional Skills » in 12 countries in sub-Saharan Africa and 3 in the Maghreb. She has been advisor to the Minister of Higher Education in the DRC, and has accompanied the institutional reform of the Libreville ENEF and Kinshasa ERAIFT. She also supported the implementation of the LMD system (License-Master-Doctorate) in Gabon and Cameroon.
She is also the holder of the UNESCO Chair « Digital and Apprenticeships » established at the Polytechnic School of Dakar (Senegal) and chairs the Erasmus Expertise network (www.erasmus-expertise.org) whose vocation is to support development of the global space for higher education and research. Jacqueline joined ATIBT’s network of trainers and joined ATIBT’s training committee.
Training is at the heart of human resource management and is now a powerful lever for skills development. Addressed by different pedagogical methods and multidisciplinary fields, it is the cornerstone of our interventions. Strategic analysis is the focus of our understanding of how organizations work. For more than twenty years, we have been helping professionals in the sector and training actors to strengthen their capacities, so that training is a tool for managing human resources, managing jobs and skills, developing the sector, which must be at the forefront of the skills required in the employment pools. We are happy to partner with ATIBT to carry out this mission.
