The letter from Cameroon's Minister of Water, Forests and Wildlife was circulated at the beginning of June, following the guidelines issued by CEMAC for 2021.

The Cameroonian authorities provided information on the implementation of this decision, which is aimed at eventually halting the export of logs in the CEMAC zone. The letter shows that implementation will be phased in according to the species most commonly exploited in Cameroon.
