Invitation to a professional trip to Cameroon: commit to a green economy with the ASP-Pacte Vert Project

A Project Serving the Green Economy

Officially launched on February 24, 2023, in the presence of the Ministry of Forests and Wildlife (MINFOF) and representatives from the European Union, the ASP-Pacte Vert project has three main objectives:

Develop a green and local economy that creates jobs in Cameroon.
Improve the performance of forestry companies through sustainable practices.
Encourage European markets to prioritize purchasing certified and responsibly sourced timber.

This professional trip offers European importing companies a unique opportunity to meet Cameroonian exporters committed to sustainable timber production while supporting an environmentally responsible economic model.

Trip Details

Dates: Trips will be organized starting from March 2025, depending on participant availability.
Budget: Funding will be provided and adjusted based on the number of participating companies.
Participation Confirmation: Interested companies are invited to confirm their participation before January 30, 2025.
