CITES - ATIBT: an updated version of the Frequently Asked Questions is available

The CITES FAQ produced by the ATIBT's CITES program has just been updated. It can be found on the association's website.

The updates concern the following points:

  • The importance of complying with CITES standards (1.2)
  • The need to use the appropriate customs codes for each type of product (2.4)
  • The importance of providing detailed information, particularly for pre-Convention timber (5.7)
