Tashmetum is a web platform that centralizes documentation on forest certification in Central Africa. Designed to facilitate access to information, it offers a vast array of resources for forest operators wishing to achieve certification.
On Tashmetum, users can consult and download over a hundred documents free of charge, including the COMIFAC certification guide. Access to this information is simplified thanks to thematic drop-down menus and a search bar enabling users to quickly find the resources they need.
The platform will be regularly updated to offer users new resources.
By bringing all this data together in one place and offering a clear visualization of documents, Tashmetum is positioned as an essential tool for forestry operators. They will find specific job descriptions, recommendations on good forestry practices, and much more.
Tashmetum simplifies access to information, making the certification process more accessible and understandable for all industry professionals.
Available in English, French and Mandarin, Tashmetum meets the needs of an international audience.
Tashmetum is hosted by ATIBT and produced by BFConsult, as part of the KfW-funded COMIFAC Program for the Promotion of Certified Logging.
